Dream Lab Studio is a social-first creative agency working across premium fashion, retail and culture-led brands. We build campaigns and brand moments that need to look sharp, feel current and move people. We’re a creative marketing partner to global brands, specialising in the art of brand moments. We’ve had 200M+ eyes on our content for current and past clients, including TikTok, Tommy Hilfiger, Selfridges, Westfield, Dreamies, Mark Hill, Fendi, Mars, Inter, Ferragamo, SpareRoom and more.
This is a hands-on role sitting between creative, content creation and social media. You’ll help run the day-to-day social across key accounts, ensuring content is delivered consistently and to a high creative standard. You’ll be responsible for both executing and shaping social content - from planning and posting through to capturing content in real time. A key part of the role includes being on-site in London at retailers to capture always-on content across retail, food, fashion, beauty and lifestyle environments, and translating those moments into polished, premium social outputs.
This role requires someone who combines strong creative instinct with operational reliability. You should have a sharp eye for quality, visual storytelling and feed curation, while also being able to manage the day-to-day running of social accounts smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running the day-to-day social across key brand accounts, keeping content consistent and accounts running smoothly
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content, including writing captions and managing posting workflows
- Casting, contacting and communicating with creators and influencers
- Capturing always-on content on-site, and shooting/editing short-form video to a high standard
- Curating visually cohesive, premium-feeling feeds with strong attention to detail
- Supporting creative ideation, including brainstorming, social-first concepts and reactive content
- Sourcing and researching creators, supporting casting and creator-led content execution
- Monitoring performance, preparing reports and optimising content based on insights
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have experience working across social accounts in an agency, brand or creative environment
- Have a strong portfolio showing high-quality content, copywriting, feed curation and visual storytelling
- Are confident shooting and editing content, particularly in real-world, fast-paced environments
- Have strong creative instinct and attention to detail across digital media, design and overall quality
- Understand social platforms, trends, formats and cultural nuance
- Are comfortable casting for creator campaigns with an eye for the most exciting and relevant new talent
- Are organised and reliable, able to manage planning, posting and reporting across accounts with clients
- Are proactive and collaborative, contributing to brainstorming, casting and creative development
- London-based with on-set availability when required. Agency, brand or studio background is mandatory.
