Role Summary
The Designer is Dreamlab's visual storyteller and brand architect. Responsible for transforming concepts into compelling brand worlds, this role develops all sales, pitch, and marketing materials—bringing clarity, emotion, and aesthetic polish to every idea. From decks to content to art direction, the Designer ensures each concept within Dreamlab and our other entities has a distinctive, premium identity ready for partners, investors, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Narrative & Visual Identity Development: Build cohesive visual languages for each concept, including typography, colour palette, mood boards, brand worlds, and early‐stage brand direction. Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop a brand book and visual expressions of concepts.
- Deck & Materials Creation: Produce high‐impact decks, pitch materials, and sales collateral that clearly articulate the concept, strategy, and creative vision to stakeholders.
- Art Direction Oversight: Manage photo/video direction, visual storytelling, and creative production for each concept; collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to ensure premium output.
- Content Development: Translate early‐stage ideas into marketing assets, mood concepts, and visual prototypes that help internal and external teams understand the concept's potential.
- Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure all Dreamlab and subsidiaries concepts maintain a high standard of visual coherence, creativity, and polish across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside strategists, chefs, and operational teams to bring both the commercial and creative story to life visually.
