Salary: GHS 6,000 (Net) per month
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day fleet operations (rental, leasing, internal fleet)
- Manage vehicle acquisition, deployment, rotation, and disposal
- Maintain optimal fleet utilization rates (target: 85–90%)
- Coordinate fleet requirements with internal business units
- Manage inventory across all fleet service lines
- Prepare and manage annual fleet budgets
- Forecast capital expenditure requirements
- Develop pricing strategies for rental and leasing services
- Monitor operational costs and analyse ROI
- Track and report budget variances
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in fleet management
- At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Experience managing rental, leasing, and corporate fleets
- Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Experience with fleet management software and telematics systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Financial acumen and budget management capability
- In-depth knowledge of fleet operations and industry best practices
- Negotiation and vendor management expertise
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet software systems
