  • Signpost members to relevant resources, learning content, events, and next steps
  • Help increase visibility and usage of the resources and existing support content
  • Help maintain pinned posts, resource posts, and other helpful guidance within the space
  • Support keeping the space organised, positive, and well moderated

  • Organised and able to maintain consistency day to day
  • Confident signposting people toward the right next step, resource, or support
  • Ideally familiar with the Starter Kit journey and member experience
  • Ideally a member of the HelpBnk community

About Dream

We're building the world's go-to place to start a business.

Millions of people are stuck in jobs they don't love, and AI is reshaping work faster than the old system can adapt. We think the answer is giving people the education, tools and support to build something of their own.

Dream is a group of companies with one mission: help 10 million people start a business. We widen access to knowledge, opportunity and entrepreneurship through content, communities and businesses that genuinely help people, whatever their starting point. 10% of our profits are ringfenced to fund dreamers.

We're media-first, but mission-always.
