About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our furniture warehouse team in Boston.
This is a physically demanding role involving the handling of furniture and homeware products.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload furniture and pallets safely.
- Move stock using manual and electric pallet trucks.
- Receive, store, and organise warehouse stock.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
- Follow all health & safety procedures.
- Support the team in meeting daily dispatch targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, factory, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy and bulky items.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- FLT or VNA licence is an advantage but not essential.
