Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and consultations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and professional results.
- Manage your own appointments, diary, and client communications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace in compliance with salon and health and safety standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry.

- Supply and maintain your own tools and equipment (unless otherwise agreed).
- Collaborate with other stylists and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
Requirements
- Qualified Hair Stylist with NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent certification.
- Established client base / own clientele essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in hairdressing (salon or freelance).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your own time, clients, and workload.
- Up-to-date public liability insurance.
