We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the brand and creating stand-out content. You will be a team player who thrives on collaboration, working across teams spanning user acquisition, brand media, social media, and product. To thrive in this role, you need to be creative, detail-oriented, comfortable dealing with stakeholders, and passionate about marketing and, most importantly, gaming. As part of our Brand Marketing team, you will support various exciting projects and campaigns and gain exposure to several marketing channels and challenges.

Responsibilities
- Providing operational support to the Brand team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Managing campaign asset organization, agency feedback and delivery to ensure consistent and timely execution
- Supporting the team in ideating, producing, and delivering engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives marketing objectives
- Collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure content quality and consistency across all touchpoints
- Overseeing production processes, including legal approvals, localizations, and coordination with media and creative agencies
- Handling brand approval workflows to ensure full compliance with brand and IP guidelines
- Staying informed on current trends in gaming, animation, marketing, and content to maintain a competitive edge
- Supporting and maintaining brand books and toolkits to support brand consistency
- Facilitating alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams and nurturing strong relationships with key partners
- Maintaining and updating the budget invoice tracker for all brand-related costs
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in a marketing or account management role, including a placement year or a first role after higher education
- Understanding of digital and social channels, able to contribute insights and ideas to create campaigns
- Strong organisational skills, confident in handling multiple work teams, and liaising with partners
- Proactive, detail-oriented, efficient and looking to join a hardworking team
- Inspired to shape creative work and create innovative campaigns that deliver results
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
