Domiciliary care worker role consists of carers visiting clients\β home providing care.

We are looking for *dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers* to support clients in the *Hackney area* with their daily living needs β helping them live independently, with dignity and respect.
*Job Role Includes:*
* Providing personal care and companionship
* Assisting with meals and medication
* Supporting mobility and daily routines
* Promoting independence and well-being
* Light household duties where needed
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
* Monitor clients\β health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations related to clients\β conditions.
* Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities and outings.
