We work primarily withforeign nationals and first-time buyers, offering tailored advice, education, and hands-on support throughout the home-buying journey. Our clients value trust, clear communication, and advisers who genuinely understand their background and challenges.

We are now looking for afully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviserwho speaksfluent Portuguese and Englishto join our growing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for advising clients on:

• Residential mortgages (including first-time buyers)
• Remortgages and product switches
• Protection solutions (life insurance, critical illness, income protection)
• Guiding clients clearly through the UK buying process from enquiry to completion

This is an advisory role —no cold calling. Leads are generated through our brand, marketing, and existing client base.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage and protection products
• Client-focused, professional, and organised

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience working with foreign nationals
• Brokerage background
• Comfortable using CRM systems and working remotely
• Protection advice experience alongside mortgages

Salary & Commission

• £28000 – negotiable based on experience
• Uncapped commission, linked to adviser performance
• Clear and transparent commission structure
• Ongoing support, systems, and admin processes in place to help you focus on advising
