We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Accommodation Manager to lead our service supporting young people aged 16-18.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leading a team of support staff and ensuring our young people receive safe, high-quality and personalised support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the staff team.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.
- Oversee support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.
- Promote independence, confidence and life skills.
- Work closely with social workers, local authorities and other professionals.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience managing or supervising within a young people, care, housing or supported accommodation setting.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills.
- Is passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
- Is confident dealing with safeguarding and challenging situations.
- Is organised, reliable and professional.
- Enhanced DBS and relevant background checks will be required.
