Summary

Dream Big Independent Living is an Ofsted-registered semi-supported accommodation service for young people aged 16-18.

We are looking for creative, confident, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive futures.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work effectively during lone-working shifts
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Ofsted Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
• Confident in building positive relationships with young people
• Accurate record-keeping and professional communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in youth work or health and social care are an advantage
