Dream Big Independent Living is an Ofsted-registered semi-supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–18. We are looking for creative, confident, and motivated Youth Support Workers to support young people in developing independence, life skills, and positive futures.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively during lone-working shifts
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Commitment to Ofsted Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
  • Confident in building positive relationships with young people
  • Accurate record-keeping and professional communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications in youth work or health and social care are an advantage
