We're hiring a Talent Manager for Dream Bay Group - and we're looking for someone with a recruiter background. If you're a couple of years into recruitment and you're genuinely into creators, social media and brands, but haven't found the right way into the industry - we want to talk to you.
There's a lot to love about how great recruiters operate: the tenacity, the people skills, the relationship-building, the HUSTLE, the sales-driven, \"let's build\" mindset. It's a big part of talent management. Managing a roster of creators is sourcing and spotting potential, guiding people through big decisions, negotiating hard, hitting numbers, and juggling a dozen relationships at once. If you're two years into recruitment and good at it, you already have a ton of what this needs.
So this isn't \"leave recruitment behind.\" It's \"take everything you're brilliant at and point it at an industry that's growing fast and is genuinely fun to work in.\"
About usDream Bay Group is a boutique talent management agency in London. We're a small team, which means we move quickly, we build things properly, and you get to do real work where your decisions actually matter. No talent industry experience needed - we'll teach you the rest.
What you'd be doingBuilding & looking after a roster of talent day to day: the relationships, the deals, the brand partnerships. From early on, you'll be in real negotiations and working across live contracts - not shadowing from the sidelines. Because we're small, you'll own your work and see how a deal comes together from start to finish.
What We're offering- Real responsibility, early. You'll be trusted with meaningful work from week one.
- Deep, proper training. We'll take you through negotiations and contracts in real detail, so you build skills that compound for the rest of your career.
- Fast progression. At a boutique agency, there's a lot of room to rise quickly.
- A competitive base + commission, so your effort is rewarded.
- Have around two years in recruitment (agency or in-house) and a strong track record
- GENUINELY enjoy brands, creators, content and social media; and follow pop-culture
- Are excited to bring your recruitment skills into a new, fast-growing industry
- Are proactive, commercially sharp, and comfortable owning the relationships and conversations that matter
If you love the craft of recruitment and want to do it in a really exciting and growing industry, I'd love to talk.
