THE ROLE : Talent Manager
We are seeking a Talent Manager to join our Agency Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a select roster of digital creators, driving their career development, and securing high-value partnerships and opportunities across the evolving creator economy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a curated portfolio of emerging and established digital creators, providing strategic career guidance and fostering long-term sustainable growth
- Develop career strategies for each client, focusing on brand building, audience expansion, and revenue diversification
- Identify, negotiate, and secure brand partnerships, sponsorship deals, and commercial opportunities that align with talent\’s brand and values
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including brands, agencies, platforms, and media companies
- Negotiate commercial terms independently, ensuring favourable terms while protecting client interests
- Scout and identify emerging talent with high growth potential across digital platforms
- Execute talent acquisition strategies that align with DBG\’s brand positioning and business objectives
- Develop and implement career plans for each talent, including content strategy, platform optimization, and revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate talent into DBG\’s original content productions and cross-promotional opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years in talent management, digital media, or creator economy with proven track record of driving talent growth and securing partnerships
- Deep understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch), creator monetization models, and emerging trends in the creator economy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives and talent
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and think strategically about long-term career development
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Natural networker who thrives in social settings and industry events
