As a Secondary Property Consultant at DRE Homes, you will be responsible for the purchase, sale, and leasing of secondary residential properties across Dubai. You will play an integral role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, providing exceptional client service, and developing long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. You’ll work within a collaborative, high-performance team focused on achieving results and delivering a seamless real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Dubai’s secondary market.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for property sales and leasing.
- Conduct property valuations and arrange property viewings.
- Negotiate between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords through every stage of the transaction, from viewing to offer stage.
- Provide continuous support throughout the sales and rental process, in collaboration with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory Teams.
- Stay informed on the latest market trends, area-specific data, and RERA regulations.
- Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and the company's CRM.
- Follow up with clients after viewings and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all client interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales, real estate, recruitment, or business development experience (experience in car sales or luxury sales would be advantageous).
- A basic understanding of Dubai’s property market and regulatory environment is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Valid UK / European, or UAE driving license.
- Financial stability to support yourself during the initial 6 months (until deals begin to close).
