The Opportunity
We are growing our London team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in business development with a compensation model that genuinely rewards loyalty and consistency. This is not a typical sales role. Most sales jobs pay you once per deal, then reset. Here, every client you bring on continues to generate residual commission year after year. The work you do today keeps paying you tomorrow and for years to come.
Why Food Safety
Food safety compliance is a legal requirement across a wide range of industries. We work with food manufacturers, commercial kitchens, bakeries, breweries, coffee roasters, supplement producers and contract packers, all of whom must meet strict regulatory standards. This means your market is large, stable, and constantly renewing. There is always demand, and always new business to win.
What Your Day Looks Like
- You will build and manage your own pipeline across London, targeting businesses within food production, catering, and regulated environments such as GMP and ISO 22000.
- You will speak directly with decision-makers - Operations Managers, Technical Managers and Quality Assurance leads - through phone outreach, face-to-face visits and structured follow-ups.
- You will take a consultative approach: understanding each client's needs, identifying risks, and guiding them towards the right solution.
- You will support onboarding through structured assessments and site reviews, helping clients implement and maintain strong compliance practices.
- You will manage your pipeline through a simple CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate forecasting.
How You Get Paid - No Surprises
Your base salary is guaranteed every month, regardless of activity. On top of that, you earn commission every time you sign a new client. But here is what makes this role different: Every client you sign generates residual commission automatically renewed every year they remain in your portfolio. There is no reset. There is no blank slate at the start of each month. As your portfolio grows, so does the portion of your income that arrives without you having to do anything extra.
Full Time
Base salary: £24,784 per year. Residual commission + new client commission. Realistic earnings year 1: £60,000. Realistic earnings year 2-3: £80,000 - £100,000+. The longer you stay, the more your portfolio works for you.
What We Are Looking For
- No prior food safety experience is required - full training is provided.
- We are looking for individuals who are:
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Motivated to build a long-term career and grow their earnings over time.
- Self-disciplined and resilient in an outbound sales environment.
- Consultative in their approach - able to listen, understand and advise.
- Previous sales experience is helpful, but attitude and drive matter more than background.
What We Offer
- Full product and industry training from day one.
- A defined territory within a high-demand, regulated market.
- Professional sales materials and ongoing management support.
- A residual commission structure designed to reward you for years, not just months.
