Our client is a rapidly growing global fintech business operating across payments and financial technology infrastructure. Backed by private equity and entering the next phase of international expansion, the business is now seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its internal technology, platform scalability and enterprise systems strategy.<\/span>

The organisation has built a strong product and engineering capability and is now focused on strengthening the enterprise technology environment required to support global scale. The CIO will play a critical role in ensuring that the technology estate, security frameworks and data infrastructure can support continued growth across multiple regions and regulatory environments.<\/span>

This role sits on the executive leadership team and will work closely with the CEO, CTO and CFO to ensure technology is aligned with commercial priorities, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.<\/span>

The CIO will own the company’s enterprise technology landscape, ensuring the business has the systems, infrastructure, governance and security required to operate at scale.<\/span>

This includes responsibility for internal platforms, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and technology operations across the organisation.<\/span>

The CIO will partner closely with the CTO and product organisation, ensuring a clear separation between product engineering and enterprise technology, while maintaining alignment between both functions.<\/span>

Technology & Platform Strategy<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>• <\/span>Define and deliver the enterprise technology strategy to support global scale and operational efficiency.<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Ensure the technology estate supports increasing transaction volumes, international expansion and regulatory requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>• <\/span>Lead the evolution of enterprise architecture across infrastructure, data and internal systems.<\/span>

Infrastructure & Cloud Environment<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>• <\/span>Oversee global cloud infrastructure and platform reliability.<\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>• <\/span>Ensure scalability, resilience and performance of mission -critical systems.<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Lead infrastructure modernisation and cost optimisation initiatives.<\/span>

Experience<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Proven experience as CIO, CTO or senior technology executive within fintech, payments or regulated financial services.<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Experience scaling technology infrastructure in high -growth environments, ideally within PE -backed businesses.<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture and data platforms.<\/span>

<\/span>• <\/span>Experience managing security frameworks and regulatory compliance in financial services.<\/span>
