Lead Software Developer

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical Leadership<\/span><\/b>: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, implementing company development standards and ensuring adherence to them and best practices.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Architecture & Design<\/span><\/b>: Collaborate with product and architecture advisors, experts and stakeholders to design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Actively participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Software Development<\/span><\/b>: Actively participate in coding, debugging, and deploying applications. Develop high -quality, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with project requirements and company objectives.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Project Management<\/span><\/b>: Work closely with management and the technical project manager to plan and execute projects development. Ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes, balancing scope, risks, and quality.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaboration:<\/span><\/b> Collaborate with cross -functional teams including strategy, commercial, technology and operations, and advisors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to deliver high -impact software products. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams. Actively participate with senior staff to ensure the best solution is developed for the product.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Innovation:<\/span><\/b> Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and technology advancements.<\/span>

Essential Qualifications:<\/span><\/u><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience: Minimum of 5 -7 years of professional software development experience, with a strong background in designing software product architectures, cloud services, C#/.NET development, and APIs integration.<\/span>
<\/p>

Technical Skills:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge of software design patterns and architectures. Experience in creating software architectures from scratch. Knowledge of Data Flow and Event -Driven architecture approaches.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in C# / .NET / Entity Framework, for both back -end and front -end development. Meaningful experience with Python will be a plus.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript. Meaningful experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Angular, React or Vue.js.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Knowledge or willingness to learn Blazor and MudBlazor.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with Azure Services (AAC, ADF, Event Grid, EventHub, Azure functions, Logic Apps) DevOps practices (Azure / Git).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in 3rd -party APIs and SDKs integration, REAT API, evets, webhooks, messaging.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>MySQL database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding of Agile methodology, related practices, and work breakdown, refinement, and estimation.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Leadership Skills:<\/span><\/b> Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams.<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies such as Azure Certificates, AWS Certified Developer, Scrum Master, etc.<\/span>
