Interim Commercial Leader (CRO/CCO level)

A confidential client is seeking an experienced interim commercial leader to support a period of commercial reset and transformation. The assignment requires a senior operator who can quickly assess the current state, bring structure to sales and marketing activity and help shape the commercial direction for the next phase of growth.
Key focus areas include:
- Short discovery and diagnostic across sales, account management and marketing
- Reset of commercial discipline, activity and pipeline structure
- Clarifying go-to-market priorities and target customer profiles
- Strengthening alignment between commercial, product, compliance and technology
- Rebuilding outbound activity and improving reporting and forecasting
- Providing clear recommendations for the long term commercial model
Ideal candidates will have held senior commercial leadership roles in growth focused, multi product or multi region businesses and will be comfortable working in a hands on, practical way.
This is a confidential interim assignment with an immediate start.
