DRB Building Limited is a growing UK construction company specialising in domestic projects, including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and high-quality residential works. Due to continued growth, we’re looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, variety, and the chance to grow with a developing company rather than being a small cog in a large corporate machine.
You will be responsible for:
- Pricing work, managing costs and procurement across our domestic projects
- Working closely with directors, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Pricing all works including New Builds, Extensions and Renovations
- Monitoring project costs, margins, and cash flow
- Managing variations and assisting with final accounts
We’re looking for someone practical and organised with experience in the domestic construction sector:
