About The Drayton: We beautifully restore period mansions across London (and Bristol) to create the perfect home for ambitious businesses. Think Georgian grandeur, inspirational design, exceptional hospitality, and a genuine community feel — not another bland serviced office. We are a small, founder-led team, passionate about redefining what flexible office space and a members’ club can be. Our Heads of House deliver a true 5-star concierge experience, and our members stay for the service, the community, and the sense of place.
The Role: We are looking for a senior PA to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team as we continue to grow. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants real ownership. You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team — bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to strategy, operations, and special projects across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with the Founder, MD and COO to drive priorities, track progress, and ensure decisions turn into action.
- Own cross-functional projects (new house openings, operational improvements, process design, special initiatives).
- Improve internal systems, communication, and ways of working so the team can scale without losing the personal touch that defines us.
- Act as a trusted sounding board and problem-solver — spotting issues early and helping resolve them.
- Support culture, people processes, and the continued development of our high-performing, hospitality-led team.
- Occasionally step into operational or member-facing situations when needed (we’re still a lean team).
Who you are:
- First-class degree or equivalent.
- Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
- Experienced as a PA, strategy, operations, or high-growth environment (proptech, hospitality, real estate, or professional services is a plus).
- Genuine interest in design, hospitality, community, and creating outstanding working environments.
- Someone who shares our values: high standards, care for people, and a desire to do things differently.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary + benefits.
- The chance to help shape a growing, founder-led business with a distinctive brand and strong culture.
- Beautiful working environments across our London houses.
- Direct exposure to the Founder and senior team, with real influence on the company’s direction.
If you want to play a central role in building something special rather than managing the status quo, we’d love to hear from you.
