An exciting EA role has opened up in the Westend. We restore beautiful Victorian & Georgian Mansions and convert them into stunning members’ clubs for startups & entrepreneurs. This is the perfect role for an experienced entrepreneurial EA/PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Multiple operational duties including financials & invoicing.
- Dealing with incoming correspondence.
- Creative and Entrepreneurial role.
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise initiative.
This is a busy role for a creative, entrepreneurial, experienced PA, meaning experience of working in an EA/PA role with similar responsibilities is necessary.
