We are partnering with a fast-growing, international food brand to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer. This is a pivotal leadership role within a purpose-led, premium business operating across Europe, North America and APAC, backed by a leading global PE investor.
The organisation has built strong foundations through product quality, brand integrity and international expansion. It is now entering its next phase of growth, with marketing at the centre of unlocking further scale, differentiation and consumer engagement.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will define and deliver a global marketing strategy that drives brand growth, deepens consumer engagement and strengthens market position across key geographies. This role goes beyond traditional brand stewardship. It requires a forward-thinking leader who can harness digital, data and emerging technologies to build a more connected, insight-led and high-performing marketing function.

The Person

- Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in an international, consumer-facing organisation
- Strong credentials in digital, performance marketing and modern marketing technologies
- Experience operating within high-growth or challenger brand environments
- The ability to balance brand-building with commercial delivery
- A collaborative, low-ego leadership style with the gravitas to influence at Board level
Experience in food, beverage or related consumer categories is beneficial, though not essential.
