We’re working on behalf of a UK‑based FMCG premium brand, it’s an SME company in the UK that is backed by a larger global parent. The UK business is well established and has built a strong DTC platform where it has developed a loyal consumer following by staying true to its values of product quality and brand integrity. With ambitious plans to scale into grocery, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead this next chapter of growth, reporting directly to the UK Managing Director.
This role will suit someone who is an established Sales Director / Head of Sales who has built their career in corporate FMCG and has either already moved into an SME environment or is now looking to do so. The successful candidate will own the UK grocery strategy, identify and secure the right retail partnerships to scale the brand in a way that protects its premium positioning.
The role offers hybrid working, with an expectation of being at the central London office approximately two days per week.
