Drayton is excited to be partnering with an elevated serviceâled business redefining their sector's proposition. This business is now entering a significant growth phase and are now investing in a Group Director of Marketing to take the business through its next stage of scaling.
In this exciting role, you will:
- Define, oversee and manage all aspects of marketing strategy across two divisions of this business, acting as a true business partner to the entirety of the senior leadership team.
- Drive business growth through the development and execution of the marketing strategy to engage both immediateâneed customers and longâterm prospects.
- Own endâtoâend lead generation strategy, with a focus on pipeline quality and subsequent conversion.
- Attend and strategically leverage local events, community forums, and networks to engage customers.
- Own customer data and CRM endâtoâend, combining quantitative performance metrics with qualitative insight to lead longâterm nurture of a highâvalue database, overseeing email and website user journeys and driving conversion optimisation across all touchpoints.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, cultivating a collaborative, engaged, and highâperforming culture.
Essential requirements for this role include:
- Extensive experience leading marketing functions at a Head of or Director level, with a strong focus on direct marketing and managing nuanced customer journeys.
- Track record of success in building and scaling nuanced and targeted lead generation programs which result in highly successful conversion.
- Extensive expertise in CRM platforms and analytics tools, with a proven ability to leverage these systems to track customer behaviour, optimise engagement, and drive dataâinformed business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating marketing teams, inspiring high performance and fostering engagement.
