Central London - Hybrid Working (2 days office based & 3 days from home). Drayton are partnering with a UK & Ireland business backed by a highly successful international parent, as they enter a key phase of growth and increased operational maturity. They are seeking a Head of Finance UK & Ireland, reporting to the Regional CFO, with a dotted‑line into the Managing Director, to lead the finance agenda across the region.
This opportunity will suit either:
- A senior Finance Manager ready to step up into a country‑level leadership role, or
- An established Head of Finance seeking broader UK & Ireland ownership within an international structure.

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience within FMCG / CPG or fast‑paced consumer environments
- Strong capability across budgeting, forecasting, controls and statutory reporting
