The Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team as we continue to grow. You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team — bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to strategy, operations, and special projects across the business.
- Partner closely with the Founder, MD and COO to drive priorities, track progress, and ensure decisions turn into action.
- Own cross-functional projects (new house openings, operational improvements, process design, special initiatives).
- Act as a trusted sounding board and problem-solver — spotting issues early and helping resolve them.
- Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or high-growth environment (proptech, hospitality, real estate, or professional services is a plus).
- Genuine interest in design, hospitality, community, and creating outstanding working environments.
