As Marketing Director, you will own the brand's global marketing agendaâdriving eâcommerce performance, elevating brand visibility, and building a worldâclass customer experience. With a multiâmillion budget, you'll shape a distinctive, modern brand that resonates across markets and channels. You'll lead a talented inâhouse team and a network of agency partners to deliver exceptional, dataâled results.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a highâimpact, scalable marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets.
- Own the eâcommerce P&L, accelerating acquisition, retention and subscription growth.
- Lead paid performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, affiliates) with a sharp focus on ROI.
- Build a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpointsâdigital, retail, content, experiential, influencer partnerships and more.
- Develop and execute breakthrough brand campaigns to drive penetration and market awareness.
- Strengthen analytics, attribution, conversionârate optimisation, and marketing reporting.

You will bring:
- 10+ years' experience in senior marketing roles, including leadership at Head of Marketing/Marketing Director level.
- Significant experience scaling D2C/eâcommerce brandsâideally in FMCG, wellness, nutrition, drinks or related sectors.
- Proven success building international brands and delivering highâgrowth marketing strategies.
- Handsâon performance marketing expertise and confidence managing multiâmillionâpound budgets.
- Strong leadership capability and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- A balance of strategic vision and operational capability.
Within 12 months, you'll have delivered substantial eâcommerce growth, strengthened brand direction, increased ROAS, enhanced customer lifetime value, and established a marketing function operating at worldâclass standard.
