The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you\’ll take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on supply planning, 3PL management, and strategic customer collaboration. This role isn’t just about keeping operations running, it’s about transforming processes, building high-performing teams, and delivering operational excellence across the full supply chain.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Supply Chain Leadership & Planning: Lead the development and optimisation of supply plans, ensuring seamless alignment with demand, customer requirements, and business priorities.
• 3PL Management & Process Optimisation: Strategically manage third-party logistics partners, enhancing cost efficiency, reliability, and performance. Identify process improvements across logistics, warehousing, and planning to drive operational excellence.
• Customer Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, proactively managing order flows, resolving issues, and aligning supply with demand. Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.
• Systems, Data & Reporting: Own ERP/MRP systems, ensuring accurate and actionable data. Use insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve performance.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing supply chain and customer service team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Who We\’re Looking For

• Proven success in supply planning and customer collaboration.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations and multi-site teams.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge with data-driven decision‑making capability.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results.
• Exposure to high‑growth or complex operations, ideally in consumer goods or fast‑moving environments.
• Experience with 3PL management, inventory optimisation, forecasting, and operational transformation.
