Alongside ownership of a substantial P&L, you will lead an established team, build strategic partnerships and work cross-functionally to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Person
You are an experienced International General Manager, International Director or senior commercial leader with a successful track record in fragrance, beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands.
You have led international businesses across multiple markets, managed complex distributor networks and delivered meaningful growth whilst maintaining a sharp focus on profitability.
Commercially astute and strategically minded, you're capable of operating at both board level and in the detail.
You understand how to build markets, develop routes to market, unlock commercial opportunities and challenge existing thinking to deliver better results.
Most importantly, you're an entrepreneurial leader with the credibility, ambition and energy to drive transformation in a fast-moving international business.
Why Join?
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a significant international business and genuinely influence its future direction.
You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build new growth platforms, evolve the operating model and make a visible impact at leadership level.
