You will prepare full tender submissions from detailed drawings and specifications for large glazing packages, typically £250k to £4m, and develop cost-effective solutions while identifying risks that could impact cost, programme or buildability.
You will produce detailed pricing schedules and cost summaries, coordinate sub-contract packages, and communicate issues to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
