National Account Manager – Off Trade (Wholesale & Convenience) – Premium Drinks

Our client a rapidly expanding International drinks company, experiencing exceptional growth and looking to strengthen their Off Trade sales team. We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to manage and develop our presence within the wholesale and convenience channel.

About the Role:

As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing existing national accounts within the wholesale and convenience sector.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive significant sales growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major wholesalers and convenience retailers.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize brand visibility.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager within the FMCG industry, specifically within the Wholesale and convenience channel.
  • A strong track record of managing and growing national accounts, ideally with experience working with customers such as Bestway, Nisa, Spar, Unitas, Parfitts, and Dhamecha
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A passion for the drinks industry and a desire to contribute to a high-growth company.
  • Full UK driving license.
