National Account Manager – Off Trade (Wholesale & Convenience) – Premium Drinks

Our client a rapidly expanding International drinks company, experiencing exceptional growth and looking to strengthen their Off Trade sales team. We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to manage and develop our presence within the wholesale and convenience channel.
About the Role:
As our National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing existing national accounts within the wholesale and convenience sector.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive significant sales growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major wholesalers and convenience retailers.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize brand visibility.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs.
About You:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager within the FMCG industry, specifically within the Wholesale and convenience channel.
- A strong track record of managing and growing national accounts, ideally with experience working with customers such as Bestway, Nisa, Spar, Unitas, Parfitts, and Dhamecha
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- A passion for the drinks industry and a desire to contribute to a high-growth company.
- Full UK driving license.
