We’re looking for a Head of Retail Operations to lead the strategy, performance, and day‑to‑day delivery of retail across our exciting theme park resort. This is a high‑impact, visible leadership role where you’ll combine hands‑on operational leadership with strong commercial, buying, and merchandising expertise to maximise revenue, profitability, and guest spend.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading all retail operations across multiple outlets
- Driving revenue, margin, and spend‑per‑head growth
- Overseeing buying, category strategy, and product ranges
- Inspiring, developing, and leading high‑performing teams
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to enhance the guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- Senior retail leadership experience (multi‑site preferred)
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
