As our Education Officer, you’ll take the lead in delivering inspiring educational programmes while helping to drive zoo engagement and revenue growth. From curriculum‑linked workshops and conservation talks to outreach activities and dinosaur trail experiences, no two days will be the same.
You will:
- Deliver fun, dynamic, and inclusive educational sessions for all age groups
- Develop engaging conservation messaging in line with modern zoo standards
- Create memorable guest experiences across the zoo and Dinotrail
- Help shape the future of the Education Department through strategic planning
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote educational experiences and events
- Manage teaching resources, displays, and the day‑to‑day running of the Education Centre
- Support zoo events, outreach programmes, talks, clubs, and animal experiences
- Lead and support volunteers while helping maintain exceptional presentation standards across the zoo
