Drayton Manor Resort is entering a critical phase of transformation and operational strengthening. You will lead the full business, ensuring safe, reliable and high-performing operations while driving commercial growth and long-term development. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing a complex, multi-activity site including a theme park, hotel, future accommodation offering and a small zoo. The successful candidate will combine strong operational discipline with commercial acumen, while leading cultural and organizational change.

You will be fully accountable for the park’s performance (P&L, operations, guest experience and safety) and will play a key role in rebuilding structure, trust and execution standards across the resort.

Key Objective (First 12 months)

  • Stabilize operations, significantly improve ride availability and reliability, rebuild organizational structure and accountability, and restore guest satisfaction and financial performance.
