Overview
This role supports a VIP client on a 24/7 rota basis within a dedicated care team.
Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with the client and building strong, lasting relationships
- All aspects of daily living
- Oversight of health needs
- Supporting with physiotherapy and exercise programmes
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary private team including PT, dietitians, carers and a medical concierge
- Ensuring the continuity of safe, kind, effective, person-centred care
- Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service
- Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via the care management app
- Being aware of the client's emotional and spiritual needs
- Observing and following Draycott Nursing's Health and Safety policy
Qualifications and requirements
- You must be a qualified Nurse (Adult preferred), Band 5 and above
- You must have a valid NMC PIN (required)
- Previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable but not required
- Must be fluent to a business level in Turkish
- Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (or have current Update Service status)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
