b Overview /b p In this role you will partner with managers to deliver practical HR solutions that support business performance. You join a collaborative People team across Selby, Northampton and London to drive engagement, change initiatives and workforce planning. You will advise on employee relations and development, while maintaining data and policy governance to enable informed decisions. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape a high-performing workplace culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Partner with managers to deliver a responsive, high-quality HR service /li li Support delivery of annual people processes (performance, talent reviews, succession, workforce planning) /li li Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters (discipline, grievances, absence, performance) /li li Work with leaders to enhance capability and team performance /li li Drive colleague engagement and support DEI initiatives /li li Support organisational change and broader people programmes /li li Contribute to learning and development activities /li li Maintain accurate people data and support workforce reporting /li li Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure visible HR presence /li li Review and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment law and standards /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li HR Business Partner/HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist experience /li li Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER practices /li li Experience managing complex employee relations cases /li li Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning /li li Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management /li li Strong communication and coaching abilities with constructive influence /li li Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders /li li Degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience /li li CIPD Level 5 (advantageous) /li /ul ul li relationship-building /li li stakeholder management /li li communication /li li UK employment law /li li employee relations /li li people data and reporting /li /ul
