Drax is seeking an experienced People Relations Advisor to join our hybrid- Ipswich team.

You will provide expert employee relations guidance, manage a varied caseload, and influence people decisions to support a positive workplace culture.

Working closely with managers across the business, you’ll ensure compliant case handling, deliver coaching and training, and help shape the People & Culture strategy while contributing to continuous improvement of policies and processes.
