- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for EV installation projects and
ongoing services, covering design, supply chain, installation, and connection
of quantities and commercial pricing models. - Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations alongside Procurement and
Commercial teams to ensure best value, compliance, and risk control. - Partner with project and design teams to validate quantities, assess build
Support value engineering, cost optimisation and risk management to protect
margins and deliver against commercial KPIs. - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction,
