- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for EV installation projects and ongoing services, covering design, supply chain, installation, and connection of quantities and commercial pricing models.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations alongside Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure best value, compliance, and risk control.
- Partner with project and design teams to validate quantities, assess build support value engineering, cost optimisation and risk management to protect margins and deliver against commercial KPIs.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction, grid connections, M&E, installations, energy or EV environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction and electrical systems.
- Experience in managing and executing standard construction contracts.
- Advanced experience using estimating software and digital tools.
