Permanent, full time position based in Ipswich (3 days per week in the office). The role involves managing and driving performance across your own portfolio of sales opportunities, including:

  • Issuing quotes, sending tenders to brokers, and negotiating contracts to maximise outcomes.
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of sales processes, confidently challenging where needed to enhance delivery and ensure an excellent TPI experience.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through effective communication and problem-solving to enhance sales processes and team performance.
  • Taking ownership of assigned project work and actively engaging with feedback (1:1s, QA audits, call listening) to support ongoing development and alignment of ways of working.

Proven success in B2B sales is required.
