Permanent, full time position based in Ipswich (3 days per week in the office). We are focused on building a cost-effective energy future for all and working hard to decarbonise the planet.

  • Manage and drive performance across your own portfolio of sales opportunities, including issuing quotes, sending tenders to brokers, and negotiating contracts to maximise outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales processes, confidently challenging where needed to enhance delivery and ensure an excellent TPI experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through effective communication and problem-solving to enhance sales processes and team performance.
  • Take ownership of assigned project work and actively engage with feedback (1:1s, QA audits, call listening) to support ongoing development and alignment of ways of working.
