About the role: As Project Administrator within the Energy Services team, you’ll support in the successful delivery of projects. Day to day you’ll assist in the co-ordination of the different product streams. You’ll be responsible for the loading and reporting of product leads and opportunities with customers. This role will keep you on your toes as you’ll need to record and respond to all customer queries within 48 hours of receipt. Where contractors are required for projects, you’ll manage the contractor works. So, you’ll incorporate contractor management reporting to ensure Drax delivers excellent customer service, compliance with health and safety and receives value for money from contractors. You’ll schedule internal and external meetings for customer proposals and liaise with colleagues on opportunities. And as you’re responsible for the trackers, you’ll monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that proposals are issued to customers in a consistent and timely manner.
