This role will also see you lead the design, development, and maintenance of HR reports, dashboards, and data visualisations, providing meaningful, accessible workforce insight to the HR leadership team and stakeholders across the organisation.

Importantly, you’ll be at the centre of delivering system changes and enhancements that improve functionality and the end-user experience. Maintain data integrity and governance across all HR systems, conducting regular audits, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection requirements. Experience of data auditing, system configuration and improvement programmes is highly desired. Good communication skills with the ability to translate complex systems and data outputs into clear insight for non-technical audiences. Curious and forward-thinking, you’re able to identify and apply emerging best practice in HR technology and analytics.
