We're looking for an experienced People Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with managers and leaders across the business, providing expert employee relations advice and helping to create a positive, high-performing workplace culture. You'll be a trusted advisor on a wide range of people matters, supporting managers through employee relations cases, influencing leadership decisions, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

As a People Relations Advisor, you'll:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and other people-related cases.
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policy and best practice.
- Analyse case trends and people data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive interventions.
- Deliver guidance, coaching and training to managers to enhance their people management capability.
- Support policy reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
Significant experience in a People Relations, Employee Relations or HR Advisor role is required, along with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities. Experience producing high-quality HR documentation and correspondence is also essential.
