About the role: Be responsible for the completion of administrative duties within the Operations Credit Management function and provide wider support within the business unit where required. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving queries efficiently. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate manager, ensuring all relevant information is communicated accurately and promptly. Coordinate customer letter and email campaigns, ensuring communications are delivered on time and to a high standard. Distribute management information and provide clear, concise commentary to stakeholders. Support the wider team and department in achieving business objectives and delivering high‑quality outcomes. Conduct inbound and outbound customer contact as required. Escalate eligible accounts to third parties and manage associated processes, including monitoring account updates. Complete accounts receivable administrative tasks such as write‑offs, suspense management, and daily banking.
