The predicted salary is between 42300 - 51700 Β£ per year.

Permanent position in Ipswich/hybrid. We are enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future for all. As part of the Commercial Team, the Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for EV installation projects and ongoing services, covering design, supply chain, installation, and connection of quantities and commercial pricing models.
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations alongside Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure best value, compliance, and risk control.
  • Partner with project and design teams to validate quantities and assess build.
  • Support value engineering, cost optimisation, and risk management to protect margins and deliver against commercial KPIs.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction, grid connections, M&E, installations, energy, or EV environments is required. Strong knowledge of construction and electrical systems is essential. Experience in managing and executing standard construction contracts is also necessary. Advanced experience using estimating software and digital tools is preferred.
