Provide expert advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters.
Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, and other people-related cases.
Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure consistent application of policy and best practice.
Analyse case trends and people data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive interventions.
Develop strong relationships across the business to understand operational challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
Deliver guidance, coaching and training to managers to enhance their people management capability.
Support policy reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of people processes and documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Significant experience in a People Relations, Employee Relations or HR Advisor role.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience producing high-quality HR documentation and correspondence.
