Drax in Ipswich is seeking an experienced People Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a hybrid basis. You'll advise managers on employee relations matters, manage a varied caseload, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
This role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a large multi-site organisation. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
