- Manage and drive performance across your own portfolio of sales opportunities, including issuing quotes, sending tenders to brokers, and negotiating contracts to maximise outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales processes, confidently challenging where needed to enhance delivery and ensure an excellent TPI experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through effective communication and problem-solving to enhance sales processes and team performance.
- Take ownership of assigned project work and actively engage with feedback (1:1s, QA audits, call listening) to support ongoing development and alignment of ways of working.
Proven success in B2B sales/account management, with a proactive, target-driven approach and strong commercial awareness. Confident and assertive communicator, skilled at building relationships quickly and engaging with customers, TPI’s and senior stakeholders. Flexible and collaborative team player, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless tenders and drive sales performance.
